Michael is still doing amazingly well!! He's in great spirits, and he welcomes any and all visitors! He is very anxious to go home, but as a precautionary measure, Michael will probably be here until Monday! The doctors are starting him on antibiotics just to be absolutely sure that his new cow valve stays clean and healthy as it adjusts and settles inside his body. Michael's vital signs are all very good, but, again, as a totally precautionary procedure, he will remain an additional few days so he can get his antibiotics through an IV before they send him home on his once-a-day antibiotics. He probably would have been sent home today had it not been for the antibiotics which shows that Michael is doing great! Thank you all again for your continued thoughts and prayers.
